My daddy bought me a Kahlua gift set for Christmas (the one with the fondue pot), and it made me wonder if there were any recipes that use cola with Kahlua. Plus, I need to post these recipes on the box so that I can get rid of the box.
Kahlua Chocolate Fondue
1 tsp butter
2 squares semisweet chocolate
1 pint marshmallow creme
1/2 cup Kahlua
Under low heat, mix the butter and chocolate into a separate pot to melt thoroughly. Blend in marshmallow creme and Kahlua and continue to stir until smooth. Once blended, add mixture to fondue pot to serve. Serve with apple, pear, banana, pineapple or pound cake chunks.
Kahlua hot chocolate
2 parts kahlua
5 parts hot cocoa
1 tbsp. whipped cream
Combine Kahlua and cocoa in a coffee cup. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
